Dangerous Drugs We Are Investigating

Zimmer Durom Cup Artificial Hip:  We are investigating Zimmer Durom Cup lawsuits for people who have been experiencing serious problems with their Zimmer Durom Cup hip implants and knee implants, typically total knee replacements (”TKR”).  If you have had a Zimmer Durom Cup Artificial hip implanted into you, and you have had a revision surgery to correct this defect, please submit your case for a Free Case Evaluation.

Yasmin/Yaz:  If you have taken Yasmin/Yaz and have been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis (blood clots), pulmonary embolism, strokes, heart attacks, and gall bladder injuries, please submit your case for a Free Case Evaluation.

Fixodent:  Fixodent has been linked to a number of serious health problems including Zinc Poisoning, Hypocupremia, Hyperzincemia  and Neuropathy.  If you have used the Fixodent denture adhesive or denture cream and have been diagnosed with Zinc Poisoning, Hypocupremia, Hyperzincemia or Neuropathy, please submit your case for a Free Case Evaluation.

Reglan:  Reglan is used to treat gastrointestinal problems and has been shown to increase the risk of tardive dyskinesia, a serious and generally irreversible movement disorder.  On February 25, 2009, The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) required the manufacturers of metoclopramide-containing drugs (Reglan) to add a “Black Box” warning to the products warning of an increased risk of the development of Tardive Dyskinesia.  If you had taken Reglan and have been diagnosed with Tardive Dyskinesia
or are experiencing such symptoms as random movements in the tongue, lips or jaw as well as facial grimacing, movements of arms, legs, fingers and toes along with swaying movements of the trunk or hip, please submit your case for a Free Case Evaluation.

Accutane:  Accutane has been linked to a variety of severe, life-threatening side effects including Birth Defects, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, and many others.  Accutane is the brand name for the drug isotretinoin, which is also marketed under the names Roaccutane, Amnesteem, Claravis and Sotret.  If you have taken Accutane and have been diagnosed with one of these side effects, please submit your case for a Free Case Evaluation.

Fosamax Osteonecrosis (Bone Death) of the Jaw and Low-Energy Fractures of the Femur (Thigh):  Fosamax is a bisphosphonate medication used for bone loss. Duragesic Fentanyl Pain:  The Duragesic patch, also known as the Duragesic Fentanyl or Duragesic Transdermal patch has been linked to over 120 overdose deaths and has been subject to two FDA recalls.  At this time we are only investigating wrongful death cases where the Duragesic Fentanyl Pain has been determined to be the cause of death.

Trasylol:  If you have had heart bypass surgery and experienced subsequent

renal failure within 72 hours of the surgery, you may have a Trasylol/Aprotinin Lawsuit.

We are only considering cases where there is product identification that Trasylol/Aprotinin was used in the bypass surgery and the person subsequently developed kidney or renal failure within 72 hours of surgery and are now undergoing dialysis treatments or have passed away.  The statute of limitations for these cases will expire on November 5, 2010 for those states that have a three or more year statute of limitations for personal injury cases.
